Joyskim Dawa signed a two-season contract with FCSB in the summer of 2022. Now, the 28-year-old defender has become a champion with the red-blue team and the patron of FC Botoșani, the team that sold the defender to the band patronized by Gigi Becali, will receive millions of euros as a percentage of a future transfer of the player.

Iftime and Becali are friends, there are several transfers between their teams. Now, FC Botoșani is fighting to avoid relegation and Iftime specified: “Mr. Becali, I am convinced that he would not want FC Botoșani not to relegate… because of the chemistry we have. Maybe the people who are into football don’t like it because the distance to Botoșani is long, it’s an arduous journey here. But what can I say? I travel 2,000 kilometers to every match, round trip… for a football team in League 1, money is needed, I give three million euros a year, it’s not easy at all”.
