Serious traffic accident on Tuesday evening, around 19:30, on DN 7, in the area known as Izvorul lui Decebal, near Deva.
“Seven people were injured following a serious traffic accident this evening at the entrance to the municipality of Deva, on the road from Arad. A minibus traveling from Mintia to Deva entered the parapet that separates the directions of travel. The military firefighters of the Deva Detachment intervened with three special vehicles and two SMURD ambulances, and two crews of the County Ambulance Service were also on the scene. The rescuers extracted the seven victims, all of whom were in the minibus involved in the accident. The injured people were transported to the hospital,” ISU Hunedoara reported.
The victims are men between the ages of 26 and 56. Three of the victims were transported to the emergency room in Hunedoara, and four in Deva.

seven injured (including the driver of the minibus) were transported to UPU Deva, respectively UPU Hunedoara. The driver will have biological samples taken at the hospital. DN 7 is blocked in the Arad – Deva direction. And the climb from DN 76 to DN 7 is blocked,” IPJ Hunedoara reported.
