President of the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council;

Given the:

• report no. IIA/8038 of 04/03/2024 of the human resources service, organization, the relationship with the county council, IT, the legal department, local administration within the Bistrița-Năsăud County Council;
• address no. IIIB/7993 of 04/03/2024 of the County Roads Administration Service, Department of Investments, County Roads within the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council;
• address no. IIIA/8005 of 04/03/2024 of the Public Investment Management Service, Investments, County Roads Department within the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council;
• the provisions of the Decision of the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council no. 93/2020 regarding the approval of the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Bistrita-Năsăud County Council, with subsequent amendments and additions;
• legality notice no.IIC/8055 of 04/03/2024 of the Legal Department, coordination of local councils;

Pursuant to the provisions of art.178 para.(2), art.179 para.(3) in conjunction with art.134 and art.135, art.196 para.(1) letter b) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and additions;

AVAILABLE:

Article 1 (1) The Bistrita-Năsăud County Council is immediately convened in an extraordinary meeting, on April 4, 2024, at 12 noon⁰⁰. The meeting will be held via video conference.

(2) The draft agenda of the extraordinary meeting is provided in the annex which is an integral part of this provision.

Article 2 (1) This provision is brought to public knowledge through the local mass media ANDand on the website www.portalbn.ro.

(2) County councilors can download the documents subject to debate from the website of the Bistriţa-Năsăud County Council, in the Meeting materials section, starting from 04.03.2024.

Article 3 The county councilors can formulate and submit amendments to the draft decisions on the agenda of the extraordinary meeting.

Article 4 This provision is communicated by the Document Preparation Department, the Local Official Gazette with:
