Mures County Center for Traditional Culture and Artistic Educationthe ward Popular school of arts, will organize between April 16-18, 2024, the XXI edition of the Festival “Days of Popular Arts Schools”. This festival is an event dedicated and open to students and graduates of Popular Arts Schools in Romania and similar institutions abroad. At the same time, it is an opportunity for the exchange of experience between the directors of the Popular Arts Schools, as well as between the specialized staff who accompany the participating students and the invited specialists.
This year, 20 cultural institutions will be present at the festival:

Festival program:
April 16:
– 17:00 – Painting and Graphics exhibition;
– 18:00 – Light Music Show;
April 17:
– 18:00 – Folk Music Show;
April 18:
– 13:00 – Colloquium on specialized legislative topics (managers and administrative staff participate);
The Painting and Graphics Exhibition can be visited during the entire festival;
The exhibition as well as the 2 performances will take place within the “Mihai Eminescu” Cultural Center (Strada Nicolae Grigorescu no. 19)
Students of Popular Arts Schools from the country and abroad will participate in the Light Music Show. It will be presented by Prof. Raluca-Edit Apolțan and the speeches will be given by Mr. Manager Iuliu Praja.
The students in the Folk Music Show will be accompanied by the Orchestra of the Mureș Popular Arts School. This show will be presented by Anca Branea, who will also have a musical moment. They will honor us with their presence, as special guests: Mrs. Dorina Oprea, Mrs. Adriana Irimieș and Mr. Ioan Dordoi.
