Oradean developer Prima Development Group is preparing a new large-scale investment in the capital. The group patronized by the businessman Ștefan Kopany signed the documents for the purchase of a plot of land with an area of ​​over 6 hectares, on which it is going to build a residential complex with 2,000 apartments, estimated at 260 million euros.

According to zf.ro, the land in question is located on Şoseaua Gheorghe Ionescu Siseşti in Bucharest, being in the portfolio of the Austrian real estate developer Immofinanz.

Prima also owns a 5-hectare plot of land in the area and “intends to build a residential complex with over 2,000 apartments and direct access to Griviţa lake on these two plots of land”.

“The gross development value for the project carried out on the two plots owned by Prima Development Group amounts to 260 million euros”, notes Ziarul Financiar.

Adrian Stoichină, co-CEO of Prima Development Group, stated that the new project is one “with very low energy requirements, with minimal impact on the environment and advantages in terms of maintenance costs”.

“The apartments are designed in such a way as to offer comfort and represent a smart long-term investment,” Stoichină pointed out.

The company estimates that construction will begin next year. The ensemble will be called Alizee by the Lake Prima Development Group, and the developer from Oradea is planning to organize an architecture competition for it.

The cited source recalls that in Oradea, the Prima neighborhoods total 4,000 apartments, with real estate investments amounting to a total cumulative value of over 280 million euros. And in Bucharest, the company has developed neighborhoods such as Core Timpuri Noi and the boutique residential complex Boemia Apartments.

“At this moment, Prima Development has 3,000 apartments under construction in the capital, in various stages of authorization, an investment amounting to 200 million euros”, writes Ziarul Financiar.

On the primacasa.ro website, the company sponsored by Kopany describes itself as “the largest real estate developer in the municipality of Oradea, with a reference history in the field of civil and building construction and, last but not least, in the residential market”.

Being on the market in 2005, “the Prima Residence team built the first residential complexes locally”, the website also states.

Arena Residence, Green Residence, Prima Premium Decebal or Urbana Residence are some of the projects built in Oradea by this group.
