IPJ Alba: The deadline for registering for the competition for a position of police officer – dog handler has been extended

The deadline for registering for the competition for a position of police officer – dog handler has been extended. Thus, until the 7th of April, inclusive, applications can still be submitted for the competition organized by the Alba County Police Inspectorate for the recruitment of a vacant position of police officer (and dog handler), within the Technical – Scientific Investigation Bureau of the Crime Scene from the Forensic Service.

The original application deadline was April 3.

Conditions and requirements

General conditions and specific criteria:

To participate in the direct recruitment competition, candidates must meet the following conditions:

• a) have Romanian citizenship and domicile in Romania;
• b) to know the Romanian language, written and spoken;
• c) to have full exercise capacity;
• d) to be medically, physically and psychologically fit;
• e) to be at least 18 years old;
• f) fulfill the employment conditions provided in the job description;
• g) to behave in accordance with the principles that govern the police profession;
• h) not to have a criminal record, except for the situation when rehabilitation took place;
• i) not be under criminal investigation or trial for the commission of crimes;
• j) not to have been dismissed from a public position or to have not had their individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons in the last 7 years;
• k) not to have carried out political police activities, as defined by law;
• l) does not have tattoos or ornamental elements, of any kind, applied, inserted or implanted on/in the body, not covered by clothing, in the summer outfit;
• m) by direct recruitment, according to the level of studies and/or seniority in the specialty, does not acquire a professional rank lower than the equivalent military rank held in the reserve.

Job requirements:

• professional grade: minimum police officer
• basic training: secondary education with baccalaureate diploma
• special authorizations for exercising the duties of the position:
  • to hold / obtain authorization / certificate for access to classified information, level “Service Secret”;
  • to hold a category B driver’s license;
  • to follow a modular initiation/training and specialization course in the field of chinotechnics organized by the “Dr. Aurel Greblea” Sibiu.
