Maia Morgenstern, a life story like in the movies

The great actress Maia Morgenstern turned 62 on Wednesday, May 1, crowned by an impressive career.

Maia Morgenstern and current partner Claudiu Istodor united their destinies 41 years ago. They separated, and the great reconciliation occurred 21 years after the divorce.

Last year, the artist recalled the beginning of her love story with Claudiu Istodor, with whom she has a child:

“I went, however, to dress as a bride: I put my grandmother’s curtain on my head, as a veil. Hand crocheted cotton and silk curtain with large fishnet mesh. I put it on my head: it was very heavy. And I thought to grip the corners of the wrists of each hand. Was well. I slipped flowers of the bride’s flower through the mesh of the net. From the bridal bouquet: it was their time. And there is still their time: flowers of the bride’s flower.
“I went to the town hall, to the Council, to the Civil Registry. Next to the Fire Gazebo. We stopped in front of the butcher shop. Without “satăru”, to take a picture with the wedding guests: students, our colleagues, some in acting, some in directing, some in film operation… we were about 27… like that. I guess. Then they chased us to leave the benches.
And we got married. And then we went to classes, each to his own class. That we were not classmates. We were husband and wife. Just. longing Claudiu Istodor, happy birthday”, added the star.
Maia Morgenstern has a son named Tudor Aaron, but also two daughters from two different relationships.

According to Unica.ro, during the 21-year break, Maia Morgenstern remarried the neurosurgeon Dumitru Băltățeanu and gave birth to a girl, Ana Isadora.
