owner of the project CONSTRUCTION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT, UTILITIES CONNECTIONS AND ORGANIZATION OF EXECUTION OF WORKS, announces to the interested public about the decision-making of the framing stage by the Sălaj Environmental Protection Agency, in the framework of the environmental impact assessment procedure for the project
“CONSTRUCTION OF PHOTOVOLTAIC ELECTRICAL PLANT CONNECTIONS UTILITIES AND ORGANIZATION EXECUTION OF WORKS”, proposed to be located in Almaşu commune, intra-village, Sălaj county.
The draft of the placement decision and the reasons behind it can be consulted at the APM Sălaj headquarters in Zalău, str Parcului, no. 2, Sălaj county, from Monday to Thursday, between 08.30-16.00, Friday between 08.30-13.00, as well as at the following internet address http://apmsj.anpm.ro.
The interested public can submit comments/observations on the draft of the classification decision within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement on the website of the competent authority for environmental protection.
