The weather will cool down in the next two days throughout the country, the maximum temperatures will even drop to 13 degrees in Maramureş, but after April 7 the weather will become, again, particularly warm for the calendar period, reports Agerpres.

According to the forecast for the next two weeks, published on Monday by the National Meteorological Administration, it will rain in Banat, Crisana, Transylvania and Maramureş over relatively extensive areas at the beginning of the interval. On the other hand, in Moldova, Dobrogea, Muntenia and Oltenia, the rainfall regime will be deficient.

In the grief, on April 2, the daily temperature values, in sharp decrease compared to the previous days, will be close to the norms of the period, namely 15-17 degrees. Then the weather will gradually warm up, so that between April 3-6 the maximum air temperature will be, on average, 20-24 degrees, and between April 7 and 10 will be characterized by particularly warm weather for the first decade of this months, with values of 25-28 degrees. A cooling of the weather is estimated for the last days of the reference interval.

The minimum temperatures will be above those specific to the first half of April, values will generally be 9-13 degrees,
lower (6-7 degrees) on the night of April 2/3.

It will rain on relatively extensive areas at the beginning of the interval and, with high probability, also after April 10, and on the other days there will only be isolated light showers.

In the Crisana, on the 2nd of April, the daytime thermal values, in sharp decrease compared to the previous days, will be close to the norms of the period, namely 14-16 degrees. Then the weather will gradually warm up, so that between April 3-6 the maximum air temperature will be, on average, 19-23 degrees, and between April 7 and 10 will be characterized by particularly warm weather for the first decade of this months, with values of 24-27 degrees. A cooling of the weather is estimated for the last days of the reference interval.

The minimum temperatures will be above those typical for the first half of April, values will generally be 9…13 degrees, lower (5…7 degrees) on the night of April 2/3.

It will rain on relatively extensive areas at the beginning of the interval and, with a high probability, also after April 10, and on the other days there will be light showers only on limited areas.

In the Transylvania, between April 2 and 4, daytime thermal values will also be in sharp decline compared to the previous days and will be around the normal ones for this period of the year, with maximums of 13-17 degrees, regionally averaged. Then the weather will gradually warm up, so that between April 7 and 10 the temperature values will become much higher than those specific to the first decade of this month, on average between 23 and 26 degrees. A cooling of the weather is estimated for the last days of the reference interval.

The minimum temperatures will generally be above those typical for the first half of April, with average values of 5-9 degrees, locally lower in the first nights when they will drop to 1 degree in the east of the region. In the first days, it will rain locally and temporarily, and the probability of more frequent rains will increase again after April 10. During the rest of the interval, there will be only isolated light showers.

In the Maramures, on April 2, the daytime thermal values, in sharp decline, will characterize cool weather, with maximums of 10-13 degrees. Then the weather will gradually warm up; during the period 3-6 April the maximum temperatures will be close to the norms of the period, respectively 16-19 degrees, and between 7 and 10 April they will characterize particularly warm weather for the first decade of this month, with values of 24-26 degrees, regional media. A cooling of the weather is estimated for the last days of the reference interval.

The minimum temperatures will be above those specific to the first half of April, values will generally be 8…11 degrees, lower (5-7 degrees) in the first nights. In the first days, it will rain temporarily, locally moderately quantitatively, and the probability of more frequent rains will increase again after April 10. During the rest of the interval, there will be only isolated light showers.

In the Moldavia, from April 2, the weather will cool compared to the previous interval, however, the thermal values will be slightly above the norms of the period until April 5, with maximums of 19-23 degrees, regionally averaged. Then the weather will become particularly warm for the first decade of this month, so that between April 6 and 10, average values of 23-26 degrees will be reached. A slight cooling will be possible towards the end of the second week.

The minimum temperatures will be above those typical for the first half of April, so they will generally be between 6 and 11 degrees. The rainfall regime will be deficient in most of the interval, light rains will be signaled on limited areas, especially in the north of the region. The probability for more frequent rains will increase only in the last days of the reference period.

In the Dobrogeathe weather will remain warmer than normal in the first half of April for most of the range, with maximum air temperatures of 20-23 degrees, locally higher (up to 25-26 degrees) in on April 2 and 6 in the west of the region, but also with periods when it will be cooler on the coast (with values in the afternoon of 17-20 degrees).

The minimum temperatures will be above the climatological norms, so they will generally be between 8 and 12 degrees. The rainfall regime will be deficient in most of the interval, light, short-lasting rains will be isolated. The probability of local rains will increase only in the last days of the reference interval.

In the Muntenia, from April 2, the weather will cool compared to the previous interval, however, the thermal values will be slightly above the norms of the period until April 5, with maximums of 20-24 degrees, regionally averaged. Then, the weather will become particularly warm for the first decade of April, so that between April 6 and 10, in the afternoons, average values of 24-27 degrees will be reached, and a slight cooling will be possible towards the end of the second week.

The minimum temperatures will be above those specific to the first half of April, so values of 7-12 degrees will be recorded in general. The rainfall regime will be deficient, light rains, of short duration, will be signaled on small areas. The probability of local rains will increase only in the last days of the reference interval.

In the Olten, from April 2, the weather will cool down compared to the previous interval, however, the thermal values will be slightly above the norms of the period until April 5, with maximums of 19-23 degrees, regionally averaged. Then, the weather will become particularly warm for the first decade of April, so that between April 6 and 10, in the afternoons, average values of 25-27 degrees will be reached, and a slight cooling will be possible from again towards the end of the second week.

The minimum temperatures will be above those specific to the first half of April, so values of 6-12 degrees were recorded in general. The pluviometric deficit will be accentuated on most days of the interval, the chances of rain being very low, only at the end of the reference period the probability of local rains being on the increase.

In the mountains, from April 2, the weather will cool down, so that until April 6, the thermal values will be around the norms of the period at high altitudes, with maximums of 3-10 degrees and minimums of minus 2 – plus 3 degrees, but they will be higher than the climatological averages at altitudes below 1,200 m (day 10-16 degrees and night 2-7 degrees). Between April 7 and 10, the weather will become much warmer than usual, with maximum temperatures of 10-20 degrees and minimum temperatures of 2-10 degrees.

A drop in temperatures is forecast for the last few days of the range. Until April 4, there will be temporary precipitation (quantitatively moderate in places), mixed at high altitudes and in the form of rain in the rest of the mountain area. The probability of precipitation will increase again after April 10

The estimation of the evolution of thermal values and precipitation in the period 1 – 14 April is carried out using the numerical products of the European Center for Medium-Range Forecasts (ECMWF) from Reading, England. The maximum and minimum temperatures are forecast, averaged for each region of the country and adapted locally with statistical models, and the periods with the highest probability of precipitation are indicated, states ANM.
