Two injured after the impact between three cars

Two people were injured following an accident this morning, on DN 64, in Vâlcea county. According to the law enforcement officers, three cars were involved in the accident. A woman and a man were injured and taken to hospital.

The police explained that three cars were involved in the road accident.

“At this moment, the Băbeni city police officers from the Vâlcea County Police Inspectorate intervene in the occurrence of a road event, on DN 64, at km 99 + 550 m, resulting in the injury of two people. From the first checks carried out, it emerged that there had been a collision between three cars. As a result of the impact, two people were injured, namely a 36-year-old woman from the locality and a 55-year-old man from the municipality of Râmnicu Vâlcea, both of whom were transported to the hospital for medical care,” they stated law enforcement officers.

The drivers were tested with the breathalyzer, the results were negative. Road traffic is blocked in the area.
