“On May 1 and between May 3-7, 2024, customer service centers will be closed. The only exception is the ENGIE point of sale in Băneasa Shopping City in Bucharest, which will operate according to the normal schedule of the shopping center. Also, the national call center service will be unavailable during this period”stated Engie Romania.
The normal operating schedule will be resumed on Wednesday, May 8, the company informed.
