The Concord Foundation cannot extend the upper floor of Casa Ialomita in the Holiday Village

• Constanța City Hall issued the Urban Planning Certificate no. 772 for the Concord Cultural Scientific Foundation.
• According to the urban planning act, the Concord Cultural Scientific Foundation cannot add a floor to Casa Ialomita in the Holiday Village.

The Concord Cultural Scientific Foundation announced its intention to expand the upper floor of the Ialomița House in the Holiday Village, acquiring a retired P+5E-6E building – catering and accommodation.

In this sense, the Concord Cultural Scientific Foundation requested from the City Hall an urban planning deed necessary for the expansion of the building in the Holiday Village. More precisely, it is about Casa Ialomița.

On March 29, Constanța City Hall issued the Urban Planning Certificate no. 772 – Modification of the project authorized by AC no. 1072/15.05.2008 “Extension of public food space” by Extension and additional storey for the construction of a detached building P+5E-6E – public food and accommodation” since the validity of AC no. 1072/2008 has ceased, and the proposed works do not fall within the provisions of the PUZ approved by HCL no. 44/10.02.2011″. Urban Planning Certificate no. 772 is valid for 12 months.

The Concord Cultural Scientific Foundation was established in 2007. The founder of the Cultural Scientific Foundation is Dumitru Costea.

The CONCORD Foundation includes 3 departments: pre-university education, represented by CONCORD Technological High School, university and postgraduate studies and professional training.
