Bihorel found out that the institution led by PNL-ist Ioan Şora initiated four procedures on SICAP for the acquisition of a feasibility study for the “moderate renovation” of the building, an energy audit of it, technical expertise and for the preparation of a request for financing in for the purpose of renovating the building, all in a cumulative value of 74,498 lei, i.e. 14,900 euros.
It’s just that, in the end, the same town hall, as the mayor himself admits, has not concluded any of the four contracts, on the grounds that it prefers, in fact, to modernize the municipal dispensary.
