The Guard Room of the Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases in Cluj will become a Specialty Emergency Department. The Cluj County Council is debating today, March 28, the draft resolution aimed at supplementing the budget for the Clinical Hospital for Infectious Diseases with the amount of two million lei, in order to provide the possibility for the project to be completed. The medical unit has already received the approval of the Ministry of Health as early as September 2023 for the establishment of the new compartment but also for the addition of the guard lines.
Through the project, compartmentalization works, repairs and modernization of interior finishes, replacement of interior/exterior carpentry, modernization of sanitary, thermal and electrical installations, reorganization of interior spaces and their equipment in accordance with the proposed function and the regulations in force will be carried out.
The total value of the investment is 3,912,910 lei, VAT included, the financing being provided from the Cluj county budget, starting in 2024, but also from other sources established according to the law, as the institution shows.
