Four drug dealers were caught red-handed in Cluj-Napoca, while selling hundreds of grams of crystals.

DIICOT prosecutors detained four defendants, investigated for the possession and sale of crystals. The measures were taken after they were successively caught in the act, in the city of Cluj-Napoca, while carrying out operations with these psychoactive substances.
“In the first criminal case, it emerged from the criminal investigation documents that, on the evening of 25.03.2024, three defendants procured, possessed, handled and traded, the amount of 600 grams of psychoactive substance (2-CMC) for the amount of 21,000 lei. Also, another 600 grams of psychoactive substance (2-CMC), intended for sale, were found on one of them.
Regarding another defendant, investigated in the second criminal case, it was noted that on 26.03.2024, he was caught red-handed immediately after selling the gross amount of 1.5 kilograms of psychoactive crystalline substance (2-CMC) with the amount of 21,000 lei”, says the DIICOT press release.
The Bihor Court ordered the preventive arrest of the four defendants for a period of 30 days.
“The criminal investigation activities were carried out together with policemen from the Oradea Organized Crime Brigade. The action benefited from the support of the policemen from the Cluj Napoca Organized Crime Brigade”, DIICOT also transmitted.
