The band Amala is releasing their debut album at the end of this week with an autograph session and an amazing concert. The band was born in 1989 at the initiative of Ljubiša Grujić, who at that time was a student at the Faculty of Medicine in Timișoara, and the band’s first concert took place at Sala Lira, in April of that year. Over the years, the band went through a series of composition changes, among those who were part of this gang were Costi Iorga, Laurentiu Morun, Ramon Radosav, Ludovic Varadi, Adrian Boldan.

Last year, the group consisting of Ljubiša Grujić, Aleksandar Jerković, Kombell Cramba, Tiberiu Bitte, Dragan Perović and Miloš Grujić held a concert included in the Custom Festival event in Reșita. Rehearsals of the band, which has members from Serbia, Romania and Germany, take place in the Serbian town of Vârset in South Banat.

The launch concert of the album “Românie, hai!” de Amala will take place on Saturday, March 30, from 8 p.m. at M2 Event Venue, and Apocalips, from Sânnicolau Mare, will perform at the opening. The first concert of the Apocalips band took place on October 18, 1996 and over the years the band released the albums “Total Depression” and “Gate to Infinity”.

Before the Amala concert that will take place at the M2 Event Venue, the band will hold a session of autographs and musical stories at the Viniloteca, on March 30, from 3 p.m.
