The accident took place on Toporaşilor street in the municipality of Alba Iulia. “The traffic police in Alba Iulia were alerted, by a 34-year-old man, from the town of Fenes, Alba county, regarding the fact that his daughter was the victim of a road accident, and the driver allegedly left the scene of the accident . As a result of the accident, the minor suffered minor bodily injuries and was transported to the hospital by her parents, for the provision of medical care”, informs the Alba County Police on Thursday.

The police officers who investigated this case found that a 35-year-old woman from Alba Iulia, while driving a car, made a reverse maneuver and injured an 8-year-old girl, who was crossing legally the street.

The driver was later identified by the police. She was tested with the breathalyzer, which indicated that she was not under the influence of alcohol.
