“It is unacceptable that a councilor of the mayor takes advantage of his position to obtain personal benefits through his wife’s company with only one employee, while the citizens of Bistri are deprived of fair chances in the bidding processes.

It is unacceptable for a mayor’s councilor to engage in real estate transactions with the institution where he is employed. Moreover, it is inadmissible that these transactions are carried out at ridiculous prices and in circumstances that raise suspicions about how public goods are managed.

As far as the mayor Ioan Turc is concerned, the questions that arise are so serious that they cannot be ignored. It is inconceivable to believe that the mayor would not have been aware of the suspicious activities of his adviser, especially since they involve real estate purchases carried out within the institution he leads.

To councilor Raul Neamti, the beneficiary of the transactions, we say only this: URGENT RESIGNATION! Shame on him because more NuSePoate from him! and we strongly demand that he take responsibility for his actions.
