ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SALE OF THE PJP AREA FROM THE PREMISES OF THE BRADU PETROCHEMICAL PLATFORM (ARGES) – 08.05.2024

The subscriptions of BDO BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING SPRL with headquarters in Bucharest, Str. Winners no. 24, Victory Business Center Building, Floor 3, Sector 3, Registration number in the Register of Organizational Forms RFO 0239/2006 and ROMINSOLV SPRL with headquarters in Bucharest, Splaiul Unirii No. 223, floor 4, Sector 3, Registration number in the Register of Forms of Organization RFO 0122/2006, as judicial liquidators of the debtor OLTCHIM SA appointed by Civil Sentence no. 663 of 08.05.2019, pronounced by the Valcea Court, Civil Section II, organizes the public auction session with the call for the sale, as a block, of the assets owned by OLTCHIM SA, located in Arges county, Bradu commune, Geamana village , str. Petrochimistilor, no. 3.

The public auction meeting will take place on 16.05.2024, at 12:00, at the headquarters of the Organizer in Bucharest, Splaiul Unirii No. 223, 4th floor, Sector 3.

The starting price of the auction is EUR 3,400,000, excluding VAT.

The block of assets “PJP ZONE” that is the subject of the auction is composed of:

-Good real estate, namely intra-urban land with an area of ​​303,925 sqm and the buildings built on it;

-Special constructions;

-Movable goods, consisting mainly of equipment, installations, and inventory items

– Intellectual property rights;

-1/4 of the “SRA 1” Asset Package

– Other rights of OLTCHIM SA

The persons who wish to participate in the public auction meeting have the obligation to submit the documents provided in the Presentation Book, in person or by courier, at the organizer’s headquarters (Bucharest, Splaiul Unirii No. 223, 4th floor, Sector 3), or/and in electronic format with certified digital signature extended to the e-mail address of the auction organizer [email protected] until 13.05.2024, at the latest until 2:00 p.m.
