The draft law aims to amend and supplement the Government’s Emergency Ordinance no. 18/2009.

To allow the use of a higher percentage of non-reimbursable European funds for the purpose of thermal rehabilitation of residential buildings.

Thus, it is desired to ensure a more substantial source of financing for these projects.

Especially for the programming period 2021 – 2027.

This legislative initiative aims to provide the possibility of financing intervention works to improve the energy performance of housing blocks.
