I PLOW. Regulation is regulation, and now CLUB UTA has an extremely delicate mission, after the sanction given by the Disciplinary Commission of the Romanian Football Federation, which fined the club from Arada with 100,000 lei and closed the gates of the stadium for four stages, i.e. at all home matches, until the end of the play-out.
Why do we say delicate? Because the regulation, for better or worse, possibly and very badly, incriminates UTA. The club will appeal, as it announced, SCU will provide documents and information, but what are the chances for a lesser punishment, as long as it has to be proven that those from CSA Steaua were not UTA supporters- them at the match with Dinamo?

I took the paragraph from the Disciplinary Regulation according to which UTA was sanctioned.
“The visiting club is responsible for the irregular behavior of its own groups
supporters and, depending on the gravity of the facts, can be sanctioned in a similar way to the club
host ANDand/or by banning one’s own gallery or one’s own group of supporters from away games or on neutral ground from 1 to 10 games. Supporters occupying the guest section in the stadium are considered to be supporters of the visiting team, unless proven otherwise” – it is written in article 82, paragraph 2 of the Disciplinary Regulation.
Thereforetojudged the first option, that UTA be sanctioned in a similar way to the home team, i.e. Dinamo. There were also other options, with the banning of the gallery at away matches or at neutral stadiums. Probably, the UTA club will march on this, but how will they prove that it was not the supporters away team those in the lawn, since they had tickets in the UTA gallery sector?
