On April 24 this year, around 11:30 p.m., police officers from the Murfatlar City Police were alerted by a woman, regarding the fact that she had been threatened by her ex-concubine.

The policemen dispatched to the scene identified her, the person suspected of committing the act was not found at the scene.
In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up for the commission of the crime of threat and a provisional protection order was issued.

He could not be brought to the attention of the suspect because he was not identified on the spot and could not be contacted.

On April 25 this year, around 9:10 a.m., police officers from the Murfatlar City Police were notified, by the same woman, about the fact that the ex-concubine, accompanied by a woman, had broken into the building where he lives and allegedly physically assaulted her and her mother.

At the same time, they would have taken the two minor children they have together.

Shortly after, the person suspected of committing the acts was identified and is currently in police custody.
In the case, a criminal investigation file was drawn up for the commission of the crimes of hitting or other violence and domestic violence.

The investigations in this case are continued, under the coordination of the case prosecutor from the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Constanța Court, in order to take the necessary legal measures.

The specialists of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Constanța were also notified.
