A full-blown scandal took place in a high school in Argeș, after a minor called her relatives to school to resolve the conflict she had for several days with an older colleague.
It all started after the other day the 17-year-old girl went to her 19-year-old classmate to show him something on the phone. However, the situation escalated even more after the girl called her aunt and a relative of hers to school, whom she brought into the school without anyone knowing.
A heated conflict at a high school in Argeș
“Around 12:00, the police were alerted by a teacher regarding a conflict situation in the educational institution, between the relatives of a student and a classmate of the student in question.
The police officers identified the persons involved in the conflict situation, namely a 33-year-old woman, accompanied by a 38-year-old man, to whom the 17-year-old minor facilitated access to the educational institution, during the lesson, without requesting prior consent of the representatives of the high school for their access“, Argeş Police officials said on Thursday.
According to the authorities, later, the 33-year-old woman and the 38-year-old man had discussions with the director of the high school in Argeș and the class teacher, at which point conflicts arose between the 38-year-old man and a classmate of the minor, a 19-year-old young man.
As the man and the young man in question addressed each other with insults and showed aggression towards each other, the intervention of the police was requested through the Single Emergency Call System 112.
Four fines were imposed following the conflict
Following the incident in Argeș, the police officers from the Stâlpeni Rural Police Department issued four contraventional sanctions.
The 33-year-old woman received a fine of 1000 lei for violating the access rules in the educational institution.
The 38-year-old man was fined two times, one in the amount of 1,500 lei for violating the access rules in the educational institution and one in the amount of 1,000 lei for causing a scandal.
And the 19-year-old was fined 1000 lei for his active participation in the scandal.
The school in Argeș must now take measures regarding access to the premises
“At the same time, the police officers processed to those involved the provisions of Law 61/1991R and the Criminal Code, regarding crimes against the person, patrimony or facts that affect the norms of social coexistence, being warned to stop any conflict and resolve any disagreements through peaceful and legal, through teaching staff or other competent institutions”, the Argeș Police also transmitted.

At the same time, the representatives of the educational unit were asked to re-evaluate and implement the appropriate measures to control access to the school premises, as well as to apply the other legal measures according to the Internal Order Regulation of the educational institutionaccording to News.ro.
