A new mall could be built in Bacau, according to information provided by ziaruldebacau.ro. It would be built on the land of the former Letea factory, in the Municipality of Bacau. According to the information on the Prime Kapital website, the mall will be built between Izvoare and Milcov streets, and the entrance will be made through Milcov street – pump area / Lukoil gas station.
According to a document consulted by Bacau.net, Dedeman has 25 hectares of land in the area. Of this, approximately 10 hectares would be sold to Prime Kapital. At this moment, there is a promise for sale – which will expire on 27.01.2025 – to PK Marygold SRL, owned by Prime Kapital:
“Centrally located in a densely populated residential area, close to planned facilities with mixed social functions (such as a private hospital, educational campus, sports academy and modern residential units), the planned project involves carrying out new infrastructure improvement works and facilities, which will later be donated to the municipality of Bacău.
