The World Health Organization (WHO) announces today in a post on Facebook (!) that “it has just signed the 2024-2030 Cooperation Strategy with Romania”. On the website of the Ministry of Health, nothing. In the context of the international discussions on the WHO Treaty, death management of the Ministry of Health is ominous, writes activenews.ro.

“We reproduce the WHO post:

“The strategy was developed together with the Ministry of Health – Romania and establishes the collaboration framework between the WHO and Romania and provides a strategic direction in the field of health for the next seven years.

Through this document, WHO commits to:
– contributes to improving the health of people in Romania,
– supports the achievement of the health objectives established in the National Health Strategy of Romania,
– to develop new efficient and effective ways of working, ensuring that reducing health inequalities remains at the heart of every activity.

We thank the Ministry of Health for its support and continued collaboration with the WHO.”, it is also shown in POSTING to the WHO office in our country”, says activenews.ro.

Public source and comment from lawyer Elena Radu:

“The Minister of Health Alexandru Rafila signed a 2024-2030 Cooperation Strategy with the WHO – there is no official information in this regard on the website of the Ministry of Health and I cannot find the content of this Strategy either.

If a Pandemic Treaty and the modification of the International Sanitary Regulation are still being prepared, intending to cede the decision-making power to the WHO in the event of new pandemics (to determine what measures the WHO wants and to impose them on us), which creates concerns in many states members of the WHO, the Minister of Health, Alexandru Rafila, quickly took it forward and signed a Cooperation Strategy 2024-3030 with the WHO.

What does this Cooperation Strategy contain?

We do not know. I didn’t find it posted anywhere.

Only a “dry” news appeared on the Facebook page of the WHO Local Office in Romania, according to which:

I did not find any press release related to this topic on the website of the Ministry of Health, and the “general information” on the page of the Local Office of the WHO in Romania can mean anything and be interpreted anyway.

Since there is no official information from the Ministry of Health indicating both the full content of this 2024-2030 Cooperation Strategy with the WHO, as well as the national act and its issuer that “ratifies” this signing of the cooperation strategy, I am unable to to verify whether Minister Rafila exceeded his powers and signs for and on behalf of Romania Cooperation Strategies whose content he does not bring to our attention, but later imposes various mandatory measures on us (as has happened before), telling us that so the “unnamed” specialists decided”, writes lawyer Elena Radu.
