Adrian Bibu “steals” the start of the launch of the PNL candidates. “I announce my candidacy for the position of mayor of Sibiu”

The leader of Sibiu from the municipal branch, Adrian Bibu, announced on Tuesday afternoon that he will run again for the position of mayor of Sibiu. However, the announcement contradicts a decision of the PNL County Office, which decided last Friday that all the candidates for mayors in Sibiu County will be announced through an event to be held on April 19.

Adrian Bibu stole the start of the announcement of the candidates. However, he is not the only “rebel”, the current mayor of Mediaș, Gheorghe Roman, did the same at the end of last week (details here).

These announcements contradict a decision taken last Friday at the meeting of the Permanent Bureau of the PNL Sibiu, where it was decided that all the candidates for the county mayors should be announced in unison at an event to be held on April 19, at Redal Expo.

“Today, following the analysis at the level of the PNL National Political Bureau, the candidates for the local elections were validated. Thus, I have the great honor and joy to announce my candidacy for the position of mayor of Sibiu Municipality. It is a special privilege and I assure you, at this moment, of my good faith and strong desire to develop Sibiu, to do things for the city and for the people of Sibiu, to increase the quality of life”, said Adrian Bibu, in the announcement made on his Facebook page.
