Mobilization of forces near the Capital. A man beat his ex-girlfriend, then barricaded himself in her house in Chiajna and threatened to jump from the first floor. The police and negotiators were sent to the scene and after more than 14 hours of negotiations, the man was taken over by the law enforcement officers.
The 39-year-old individual had a restraining order which he violated. He entered the house over his ex-partner and assaulted her. The victim managed to escape and filed a complaint with the police.
Aggressor: I didn’t leave the apartment because I wanted to clear up the matter first. She got a protection order because she wanted to change the relationship, the protection order was very easy to get, with two questions if she feels threatened, if she calls the phone a lot and the answers were yes.
