As I wrote in today’s “Cuget Liber” edition, April 26, Constanța County Council will support, with non-refundable funding from public funds, non-profit activities of general interest in the sports, culture and social/health fields, in accordance with the budget provisions for the year 2024, in the total amount of 13,000,000 lei.
The president of the CJC, Mihai Lupu, announced that the 12 projects selected for the cultural field had been signed. “Twelve innovative and exciting projects, carefully selected from a significant number of proposals, promise to bring new life and brilliance to the cultural landscape of Constanța County!
Today, we signed the financing contracts according to Law 350/2005, offering the necessary support to non-governmental organizations in the cultural field that have demonstrated innovation, vision and the ability to create events and projects that will mark the county’s cultural identity.
The total budget of the projects amounts to approximately 6,500,000 lei, of which over 5,700,000 lei represents the value of the contribution of the Constanța County Council.
We have invested in a variety of projects, from musical and artistic performances to interactive and educational cultural events.

I wish them much success in the implementation of these projects, which will certainly enhance our cultural-historical heritage, attracting the attention and appreciation of both residents and visitors,” Mihai Lupu said on his Facebook page.
