RJ Barrett and Immanuel Quickley should be back in action Tuesday night when LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers come to town for a 7 pm ET tipoff at Scotiabank Arena.

Where to Watch

TSN and TSN 1050 will call the game for Toronto. Spectrum SportsNet and ESPN LA 710 will broadcast for Los Angeles.

What to Watch For

  • James and Anthony Davis are both listed as questionable to play for the Lakers. If they do play, it’ll be the first time the two Lakers stars have played in Toronto in years. James may not be at the peak of his powers anymore, but the 39-year-old still remains among the best in the league. If he’s in town, it’s worth a watch.
  • It’s been a devastating past few weeks for Barrett and Quickley who have both been mourning the loss of loved ones. Getting them back into the fold should make the Raptors a little more competitive these days. At the very least, it’ll be important they finish the season strong as they head into their first offseason with the organization.
  • Toronto’s defense simply needs to be better. The effort level and mental focus has to improve or the Raptors are going to be in for another tough one Tuesday. The Lakers will certainly have a size advantage, but Toronto can’t just wilt against Los Angeles.

Injury Reports

Toronto has listed Gary Trent Jr. out with rest. Other than that, it’s a standard injury report for the Raptors who will be without Ochai Agbaji, Scottie Barnes, Jakob Poeltl, Chris Boucher, DJ Carton, and Jontay Porter.

James and Davis are both questionable for Los Angeles. Jaxon Hayes is likely to play. Jalen Hood-Schifino, Cam Reddish, Jarred Vanderbilt, Gabe Vincent, and Christian Wood are all out.

Game Odds

The Raptors are +12.5 point underdogs with an implied win probability of 15.4%. The total for the game is 232.5.
