The most expensive land requested in the competition (with an area of ​​0.75 ha) was awarded at the price of 95 million lei, with the destination: residential complex, area C2-R6, from bd. National Renaissance. The initially set price was 50 million lei.

Other lands were awarded at prices of: 18 million lei (with an area of ​​1.65 ha, for residential construction, area R3, Dragomirna str.); 10.5 million, for an object compatible with zone S, surface – 1 ha, Vadul lui Vodă str.; 2.4 million lei, land with an area of ​​0.05 ha, for residential construction, area R3, Nichita Smochină str.; 2.22 million lei for the lot with an area of ​​0.7 ha, Valea Bâcului str., destination – object compatible with zone C7, etc.
