Ukraine is preparing top secret operations in the Black Sea. “Victory is close and it will be explosive.” These operations include the use of Sea Baby naval drones, as SSU chief Vasil Maliuk revealed.

35 state-of-the-art Sea Baby 2024 drones, built with donations from Ukrainians, are being prepared for combat missions at sea.

The SSU has already shown the first drone of this batch, called Avdiiivka, how they will be prepared for new, top-secret operations.

“It is clear that the special service not only does not reveal its plans, but also does not always tell us in detail the final results. But today, SSU is doing everything it can to bring Ukraine’s victory closer,” said a source, according to mil.in.ua.

“Let the Russians wait for the next explosion. We never repeat our actions, and if Russia changes its defenses against our maritime drones somewhere, we are one step ahead. Everything is in time, you will see everything,” said Maliuk, noting that the Sea Baby and Mamai naval drones have already managed to hit 11 Russian ships and unblock the Black Sea.

The first new generation naval drone was produced for the Security Service of Ukraine. The drone would target not only maritime installations.

The UNITED24 team, along with volunteers, financial institutions and ordinary citizens, raised more than $8 million in a day and a half to build 35 more naval drones.

The new Sea Baby naval drones can be equipped with weapons, carry 850 kilograms of explosives, accelerate up to 90 km/h and travel a distance of 1000 kilometers.

The SBU said maritime drones were responsible for sinking 11 Russian ships, as well as blowing up the Kerchi Bridge in Crimea, in an attack last July.

It is quite possible that the fleet of new drones, more lethal than the first generation, will be used in a major attack on the Kerch bridge to isolate the peninsula, followed by an attack on Russian military posts in Crimea, which would mark a major victory for Ukraine.
