The neighbors immediately called 112 after seeing the woman, confused, on the balcony. Several intervention crews immediately arrived at the scene, but after they tried to negotiate with her, the woman locked herself in the house.

Fearing that he might harm himself, the authorities entered the apartment on the 4th floor through the neighbors’ balcony, according to the images provided by the PresaSM publication. With the help of a battering ram, they broke the door of the apartment and managed to get to her.
Later, the woman was medically evaluated and transported to the hospital for psychiatric control.
