The weather will cool down in most regions of the country in the coming days, but from the middle of next week the maximum temperatures will reach 28 degrees Celsius, according to the forecast issued by the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) for the period May 6-19, 2024.

For the interval May 11-14, the average maximum temperatures will rise slightly to 22-23 degrees, and after May 15, values ​​around 28 degrees are estimated. The average minimum temperatures will generally be 10-12 degrees Celsius, with slightly higher values ​​after the middle of the month.

There will be rain over relatively large areas on May 9 and 10, and intervals with local rain will be possible in the rest of the interval, especially during the afternoons.

The average minimum temperatures will be between 8 and 12 degrees, with higher values ​​in the morning of May 8 and towards the end of the forecast interval.

The probability of rain will be higher around May 9 and between May 13 and 15.

Muntenia

The weather will be warm in the first two days (May 6 and 7), with a regional average of maximum temperatures of 26-28 degrees. Afterwards, the weather will cool down, and maximum temperatures of 18-19 degrees Celsius are forecast for May 9 and 10. For the interval 11 –

The evolution will be similar in the case of the minimum temperatures, which will have an average of 6 degrees in the first nights, will decrease to 1-2 degrees on May 10 and 11 and will rise to 8 degrees at the end of the interval.
