Searches in the Tate case. Abigail Tyson, Tristan’s girlfriend, wanted by investigators

One of the searches carried out on Thursday, January 12, by DIICOT prosecutors was at the villa where Abigail Tyson lives, the friend of Tristan Tate, accused, among other things, of human trafficking and rape.

Judicial sources confirmed exclusively for “Adevărul” that one of the seven searches carried out at the homes of brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate in Bucharest, Ilfov and Prahova was at the luxurious villa in Pipera where Abigail Tyson, Tristan Tate’s friend, lives. However, she was not at home when the prosecutors arrived. The same judicial sources also stated that Abigail Tyson has been wanted for several days to be summoned to hearings.

Abigail Tyson is 31 years old and has been Tristan Tate’s girlfriend for over four years, and the two have a child together. Abigail Tyson has earned significant amounts of money from selling her nude photos on the adult site OnlyFans.

The brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate, as well as Luana Alexandra Radu, a former police officer at the 7th Police Department in the Capital (where she worked for only a few months), and Georgiana Naghel, were remanded in custody two days before the New Year, after being accused that in 2021 “constituted a criminal group organized in order to commit the crime of human trafficking on the territory of Romania, but also of other countries, such as the United States of America and Great Britain”.

“The victims were later transported and housed in buildings in Ilfov county where, by exercising acts of physical violence and mental coercion (through intimidation, constant surveillance, control and invoking alleged debts), they were sexually exploited by the members of the group by forcing them to pornographic manifestations with a view to the production and dissemination through social media platforms of material having such a character and by submitting to the execution of a work, in a forced manner, in order to obtain important financial benefits consisting of the sums of money obtained as a result of accessing the materials by users”according to DIICOT prosecutors.

The Tate brothers, through their lawyers, as well as the two Romanians, contested the preventive arrest measure at the Bucharest Court of Appeal. On Tuesday, January 10, DIICOT prosecutors decided definitively that the four remain in preventive detention for 30 days.
