“I woke up last year, in November – December, I had some very tragic episodes. First, I got a vegetable slicer and put my hand in it and sliced my palm. It was really gross and I thought that was the bad part. I have an auto-immune disease that I am fighting. That’s why I disappeared from the internet for 6-7 months. I didn’t accept, I didn’t appear again, I didn’t post anything anymore.

Seven months ago I found myself with an autoimmune bone disease that is really nasty. I had days, I had nights when I cried in bed in pain. What did this teach me? That the health that we have the impression will last forever, will not last. What can you do in these moments? To victimize that why is it happening to me, why exactly I who have invested so much in this body, in health? Life is not fair and everyone has a different route”, says Sebastian Dobrincu in Cristian Stan’s podcast, according to Cancan.

Sebastian also talked about the rules he strictly follows. “I don’t agree with this waking up in the morning, I mean if you have a holy sleep routine, go to bed at seven every night, ok, wake up at five, but if you feel like you’re sleeping five hours and you well, you wake up early, you make life harder. You play the game of life the hardest way by no means the easiest way.

For me, sleep is sacred. My sleep routine starts the night before when I turn off all information, computers, TVs, phones, everything. I go to bed and sit quietly for a few hours so that I can sleep like the world, so I don’t have this fantasy about waking up in the morning.

I’m an early riser, I get up around 6-7am every day, but I don’t force myself. Then the body wakes up without alarm, without anything. I think it’s very important to have a discipline, not only in relation to sleep, in relation to everything”, said Sebastian Dobrincu.
