Between May 1-6, police officers organized actions to prevent antisocial acts and maintain public order. During this period, the police intervened in approximately 280 calls reported through SNUAU 112.

At the same time, more than 100 crimes were detected, and for the irregularities detected in traffic, the police detained 166 driving licenses.

During the reference period, at the level of Neamț County, no special events or events with an impact on public order and safety were recorded.

The police officers of the Neamț County Police Inspectorate detected 121 crimes, 13 people, suspected of committing crimes, were found in flagrante delicto by the police.

The police also intervened in 281 events, most of which were reported through 112, following which the police issued 5 provisional protection orders.

At the same time, to ensure a climate of order and public safety, 1,141 contraventional sanctions were applied, 512 of them in the form of a warning.

To prevent road accidents and streamline traffic, the traffic police were present daily and operated with the radar devices provided.

As a result of the actions in the field, 166 driver’s licenses were seized, of which 53 were for exceeding the legal speed limit, 28 for alcohol consumption, 2 for the consumption of prohibited substances and 83 for other traffic violations, with 34 driving licenses withdrawn. matriculation.

During this period, a serious road accident was recorded in Neamț county, resulting in the death of one person.

The activities were carried out together with the other institutions with attributions in ensuring public order and peace.
