Two young men were detained, yesterday, by the police from Scornicesti, for destruction, threat, hitting or other violence and disturbing public order and peace.
On May 5, the police were notified, by calling 112, about the fact that there is a conflict between several people.
According to IPJ Olt, a 24-year-old man from Topana commune was on Vintilești street, from the same locality. Against the background of a spontaneous conflict with an 18-year-old woman from Topana commune and a 21-year-old man from Făgețelu commune, he allegedly hit the young woman’s car with a blunt object and threatened the two with acts of violence.
Another 21-year-old man, from Topana, allegedly physically assaulted a 25-year-old man, from Leleasca commune, who was transported to the Slatina County Emergency Hospital.
In the case, a criminal file was drawn up regarding the commission of the crimes of:
- destruction,
- threat,
- hitting or other violence,
- disturbing public order and peace.
Investigations are being continued in order to document the criminal activity and take legal action.
Following the administered probation, yesterday, in the names of the two young men, 24 and 21 years old, from the commune of Topana, a detention order for 24 hours was issued each. They were taken into the custody of the Olt County Police Inspectorate.
