On May 1, 2024, at around 10:30 a.m., a 29-year-old man was spotted by the policemen of the Gheorgheni Rural Police Section 5, in the exercise of their duties, while driving a moped in the town of Ciumani , and after testing with the alcohol test device, a value of 0.77 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air resulted.

The police officers carried out checks and as a result of them it was found that the man in question does not have a valid driver’s license for any category of vehicles and the vehicle driven is not registered.

A criminal case was drawn up for the offense of driving a vehicle without a driver’s license, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

On May 4, 2024, at around 7:00 p.m., police officers in the performance of their duties detected a 22-year-old young man from Atid commune, while he was driving a moped on DJ135, in his home town, without has a valid driver’s license for any vehicle category, the moped being unregistered.

At the same time, the police detected a 38-year-old man who was driving a cross-type motorcycle, and after the checks carried out it was found that he does not have a valid driver’s license for any category and the motorcycle is not registered or registered .

The 38-year-old man was tested with the breathalyzer, and a value of 0.22 mg/l of pure alcohol was recorded in the exhaled air.

On May 6, 2024, at around 6:30 a.m., a 44-year-old man from Vlăhița was spotted by police officers on duty while driving a car, on DN13/A, outside the municipality Miercurea-Ciuc, from Vlăhita, having 0.43 mg/L pure alcohol in exhaled air.

A criminal case was drawn up for the offense of driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
