The distance between dream and reality has a name: action. I am a man of action! Whenever I’ve done something throughout my career, I’ve started from a dream, from a vision. Then I worked to make that dream a reality. One of my projects for Piatra-Neamț City Hall is to make our city a university center. If I am elected mayor, I will take steps to bring to Piatra-Neamț more faculties of a prestigious university in Romania, a state university, to create a modern campus in our city. So that we have all forms of education, and our young people stay in the city, and even bring here students from other regions.
A university center means a lot to a city, in every way. Cultural, educational, scientific, economic. It means prestige and development. It means partnerships with all institutions in the county and beyond. It means conferences, scientific events, connections with other universities, studies, research, practice in the city and in the county. Then successful careers and established families here at home. A university center means the future! Trust me, I will take on this project!
