Over 100 firefighters from Olt are ready to act during the mini-vacation – Radio Romania Oltenia Craiova

The prevention inspectors from the County Inspectorate for Emergency Situations carry out checks at the main places of worship during this period, so that the religious services during the Easter Holidays take place in conditions of peace and safety.

On Resurrection Night, firefighters will be present at the Assumption Church in Caracal, at the Episcopal Cathedral and the Clocociov Monastery in Slatina, at the Călui and Brâncoveni Monasteries.

The Olt County Gendarmerie Inspectorate supplemented the number of troops in the field during this period. More than 350 gendarmes will ensure a climate of order and public safety at the events that will take place in the public space.

On Friday, May 3, the gendarmes will ensure public order at the sports competitions in Slatina, Potcoava and Curtișoara. On Easter night, the Olt Gendarmerie will ensure that religious events will take place safely in the area of ​​places of worship, especially at the Episcopal Cathedral of Slatina and the Clocociov Monastery, where a large number of participants are expected. On the first and second day of Easter, the gendarmes will be at the cultural-artistic events organized in the localities of Topana, Dobrun, Tia Mare, Izvoarele, Dăneasa and Gura Padinii.
