PSD submitted its candidacies for the local elections

* under the slogan “The best team for Brăila”, on Friday, April 26, the Brăila Social Democratic Party submitted to the BEJ the lists of candidates for the June 9 local elections * “I have confidence in the vote of the people of Braila, they are not wrong, I trust that , in the next four years, they will have the same team in Brăila, at the municipality and the county”, declared MEP Mihai Tudose, present at the event

On Friday, April 26, at 2 p.m., PSD Brăila submitted to the BEJ the lists of candidates for the June 9 local elections. It is about the elections for the positions of mayor of Brăila Municipality, president of the Brăila County Council, county mayors, local and county councilors. The Brailean MEP Mihai Tudose, former prime minister of Romania, was present.

“250 million euros attracted from government funds, European funds of 120 million euros, we are looking forward to the sports hall and the rehabilitated county roads. They are projects for the people of Braila, it is our pact with the people of Braila and I think that the three of us, together, but also with the people of Braila, make the best team for Braila”stated Francis Chiriacthe chairman of the Brăila County Council, after the submission of PSD candidacies.

“During this period, we changed with deeds, not with words, Brăila, we had extraordinary investment projects, we continue all the works we have and will start new ones to the same extent. We proved that we are people who go on the ground, who target the works, and the 157 million euros that Brăila City Hall attracted from European funds, in addition to co-financing with those from the CJ, but also from government funds, they are the evidence of the investments in Brăila municipality. Together, in this wonderful team, with the people of Braila, we make the best team for Braila”added the mayor of Brăila, Marian Dragomir.

Present at the submission of the candidacy lists, PSD MEP Mihai Tudose wanted to specify that Brăila is on the right track and that, in the current formula, the team in charge of the municipality and county of Brăila will succeed in attracting investment and will bring it to fruition the projects started, for the good and prosperity of the people of Braile.

“I have confidence in the vote of the people of Braila, they are not wrong, I trust that, in the next four years, they will have the same team in Braila, in the municipality and the county. Accelerated development of Brăila is coming, but for this we need two administrators who are recognized in the country and abroad for the speed with which they solve problems, for the openness they have shown so far. The bridge is ready, the roads are in the works, bidding is being done, investors have started coming. Brăila will look different in four years, somehow fighting for the top five places in the country, as well as development, attracted funds, jobs. So help us God!”stated Mihai Tudosenumber one on the PSD lists for this year’s Europarliamentary elections.

Last but not least, the president of CJ Brăila wanted to thank the youth handball players, who won the title of national champions, in addition to the senior team, who recently achieved meritorious results.

“We have national youth champions, after all the blaming of Brailean handball, forget that the results are coming. I will continue to support handball, Brailean sport, you will see in the next meeting that we also support the other sports”he mentioned Franciska Chiriac.
