Romanian employees will receive three new types of vouchers this year. The announcement was made by the Minister of Labor. The new project could be launched in May, and the financing is from European money.

Romanian employees could receive financial aid, in the form of vouchers for digital, linguistic and “green” skills.

Simona Bucura-Oprescu, Minister of Labour: This year we will come up with 3 types of vouchers, for digital skills because unfortunately Romania ranks last in the EU in terms of the degree of these skills, for language skills because we live in an environment of more and more competitive, which is why the need to know foreign languages ​​is important for an employee and, last but not least, because we already have to follow the trends of the future which are green jobs, to prepare employees for to stay.
