Tulcea City Hall organizes, between April 26-28, the first edition of the “Flower Sparrows” Festival.
On April 26, at the Tulcea Traditional Fishing Village, information sessions will be held in collaboration with researchers from the “Danube Delta” National Research and Development Institute (INCDDD) Tulcea, as part of the “Green Week” program, there will be carriage rides , riding but also a parade of thoroughbred horses, organized by the Real Racing Equestrian Club from Tulcea, as well as concerts by local artists and the pre-inauguration of an artwork made by an enigmatic Tulcea artist, GTN.
On each of the 3 days of the festival, there will be film screenings with scientific and environmental themes and creative workshops (painting / percussion / kites / moldable balloons).

– Ivan Patzaichin Association – Mila 23 Rowmania: Local Gastronomic Points – The Revolution of the Romanian Gastronomic Heritage.
– Workshophish with Tudor Vlădescu (lecturer at the Culinary Institute of America, Singapore) – workshops: 1. Honest food; 2. Taste profiles; 3. Fish symbolism.
