On May 25, the farewell match of the Golden Generation will take place at the National Arena in Bucharest.
Free of contract since the beginning of this year (January 16) after parting with AS Roma, Jose Mourinho (61 years old) was invited to take part in the long-awaited event at the end of May.
Thus, Mourinho accepted the invitation of former international great Gică Popescu (56 years old), organizer of this event, and will coach the opposing team, also made up of football legends.

The Lusitanian technician confirmed his participation through a unique message.
“Hello! It seems that I will arrive in Bucharest soon. I was invited to be the coach of a team, on a fantastic night when the world will thank the best national team in the history of Romania.
I am happy that I will return to Bucharest and that I will be among the best players in the world, since that time”, said the famous coach.
