Monday, April 29, 2024 – Regular meeting at the Alba Iulia Local Council: Indexation of local taxes and fees for the fiscal year 2025, on the agenda

The Alba Iulia Local Council is convened in an ordinary meeting on April 29, 2024. Among the draft decisions on the Agenda is the draft decision on the indexation of local taxes and fees for the fiscal year 2025 and the draft decision on the amendment of Decision no. .18/2024 of the Local Council of the municipality of Alba Iulia regarding the approval of the documentation – the feasibility study phase and the technical-economic indicators for the achievement of the investment objective: “Establishment of the Day Center for adults with disabilities Orizonturi Alba Iulia”.

The projects on the agenda to be debated are:

1. Draft decision approving the execution of the revenue and expenditure budget of the Municipality of Alba Iulia for the first quarter of 2024.
2. Draft decision on the indexation of local taxes and fees for the 2025 fiscal year.
3. Draft decision regarding the granting of payment facilities to some persons.
4. Draft decision on conferring the title of “Honorary Citizen of the Municipality of Alba Iulia” to Mr. IOSIF FIȚ.

8. Draft decision regarding the approval of the project carried out by the INSPIRATION Association regarding the installation and commissioning of photovoltaic panels on the building of the “Wonderful Dumbrava” Alba Iulia Extended Program Kindergarten.
9. Draft decision regarding the approval of the cooperation agreement for carrying out the energy management activity at the level of the Municipality of Alba Iulia with the Local Energy Agency of Alba – ALEA.

Draft decision regarding the approval of the transfer of some assets from the public domain to the private domain of the Municipality of Alba Iulia in order to decommission, scrap and capitalize as well as the decommissioning, scrapping and capitalization of some assets located in the private domain of the Municipality of Alba Iulia.
