AJOFM Sălaj calls on companies in the county that have vacant positions to participate in the Job Exchange.
It takes place on May 17, at the national level, and aims to bring together employers and people looking for a job.
In Sălaj, the Job Exchange will be held at Cercul Militar Zalău (former Casa Armatei), and companies interested in participating must announce their intention by May 15.

In the first three months of 2024, 727 people found a job through AJOFM Sălaj. Of these, 420 are over 45 years old, 62 people are between 35 and 45 years old, 103 are between 25 and 35 years old, and 142 are young people under 25 years old. Of the total number of people who entered the workforce, 125 are NEET youth.
Depending on the residence, 333 persons employed in the reference period come from the urban environment, and 394 persons are from the rural environment.
The training level of the people for whom a job was identified shows that most people have high school and post-high school education (293), professional (177), gymnasium (168), 89 people have university education.
