A 47-year-old man from Ploiesti, a bus driver, is under criminal investigation after he was stopped by the police last night, twice in less than an hour.
If at the first police check he registered a low blood alcohol level when tested with the breathalyzer, of 0.09, which did not bring him a criminal record, after 45 minutes he was detected again in traffic.
The second Police control resulted in the opening of a criminal case for driving a vehicle on public roads by a person whose exercise of the right to drive was suspended.

Last night, at around 00:30, the police officers from the Ploiești Municipality Police, while carrying out activities in the framework of the action to detect and sanction drivers who were behind the wheel under the influence of alcoholic beverages or psychoactive substances, stopped, for control, on Eroilor Street a bus driven by a 47-year-old man from the municipality of Ploiești.
When testing the man with the breathalyzer, he indicated the value of 0.09 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled air, being penalized for contravention and at the same time, his right to drive was suspended for a period of 90 days.
The man was also issued with a substitute driving license proof, without the right to drive, and was informed that he can no longer drive on public roads until the suspension period is over.
Later, around 01:15, the police detected the bus in question, driven by the 47-year-old man.
In the case, a criminal case was drawn up under the aspect of committing the crime of driving a vehicle on public roads by a person whose exercise of the right to drive was suspended.
