“Romanian Librarian’s Day, marked by the Panait Cerna Tulcea County Library

--

Every spring Panait Cerna County Library in Tulcea celebrates “International Book and Copyright Day”, but also “Romanian Librarian’s Day”.

“On this occasion, we think of all those who love books, of the effort and talent with which they constantly enrich the universal cultural heritage, thus offering moments of delight and knowledge for those enchanted by the magic of reading”, say the representatives of the Tulce library.

At the same time, they appreciate the work and love for books of fellow librarians who take care of the delicate pages.

“And because being a librarian means much more, working with children and different social categories, education and culture, disseminating information, creativity and dedication, I wish everyone a “Happy Birthday”, beautiful days in the service of this profession that must be valued so as it should be!

Because we received two surprise gifts from the students of the preparatory class of the “Ion Creangă” Theoretical High School in Tulcea – Prof. Deliu Ancuța, respectively the XI class – of “C” of the “Spiru Haret” National College – Prof. conductor Udrea Mihaela; On behalf of the employees of the “County Libraries, Panait Cerna” Tulcea, I thank them for thinking of us”, the librarians conclude.
