Several military personnel from IJJ Alba, advanced in rank on Romanian Gendarmerie Day. They distinguished themselves through exceptional missions and activities

Today, at the headquarters of the Alba Gendarmerie, the military ceremony took place on the occasion of the Day of the Romanian Gendarmerie – April 3. On this occasion, several military cadres were promoted ahead of schedule. It is about 2 officers and 10 non-commissioned officers.

The 174 years of existence of the Romanian Gendarmerie gives us the opportunity to thank God and at the same time to reward and congratulate 11 military personnel from the “Avram Iancu” Alba County Gendarmerie Inspectorate who distinguished themselves through missions and exceptional activities.

,,A constant concern of mine as Chief Inspector was, is and will be ensuring optimal working conditions, so that our team can continue its process of developing and adapting the capabilities of this weapon at the highest and most efficient level.

Thus, I must point out that, in December 2023, the project “Increasing the energy efficiency of the administrative building of IJJ Alba” was completed, through which it was possible to improve the work space, but also to protect the environment, by implementing systems at the most high standards.

A team of specialists within the unit, very well trained, contributed brilliantly to the completion of this project, who successfully overcame the inherent obstacles that appear in the process of carrying out such an investment project, and to whom I want to congratulate !

Being aware that we receive blessings from God, both personal and professional, these rehabilitation works were blessed today by the Most Reverend Father Irineu, the Archbishop of Alba Iulia, as happens to every Christian home and to whom I want to thank you for your shepherding and prayer,” said Mr. Colonel PAȘCA Tudor-Gheorghe, Chief Inspector of the Gendarmerie Inspectorate Avram Iancu Alba
