Three students severely beat a colleague with their fists and feet. The scenes took place in a school in Teleorman, the case is at the Prosecutor’s Office

Images showing three young men brutally beating a fourth, hitting him several times with their fists and feet, at Turnu Măgurele, appeared in the public space recently. The Teleorman police announce that the boys involved are minors and confirm that the aggression happened in the school, the case being taken over by the prosecutors.

The images, filmed on January 30 and posted on the Internet, show three young men punching and kicking another, who is holding on to the access door of a building, trying not to fall. And after the boy reaches the ground, following the blows he received, the aggressors return to him and continue to hit him. The incident took place, according to the person who posted the images, at the “Sfântul Haralambie” Technological High School in Turnu Măgurele.

The Teleorman police confirm that the incident of extreme violence took place in a school

“On January 30 of this year, the Turnu Măgurele Municipality Police was notified ex officio and a criminal file was drawn up for the offense of hitting or other violence, in the case of a 16-year-old minor, from the Traian commune, who was allegedly physically assaulted by three other minors (15 and 16 years old, residing in Segarcea-Vale and Liţa), while they were in the yard of an educational unit in Turnu Măgurele, during the break between classes. The victim refused to be transported to the hospital for medical treatment at that time. The investigations continued under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Turnu Măgurele Court”, reports the Information and Public Relations Department of the Teleorman County Police Inspectorate on Wednesday.

The person who posted the images claims, on his Facebook page, that following the incident a criminal case was opened for beatings and other violence, but the victim withdrew his complaint.
